1. Exchange and Return Policy
At Pianoinside (by Arte de Pianos Cancún), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piano arrives with a factory defect or a pre-existing issue not caused by customer misuse, we offer the following:
✅ Exchanges: If the piano has a significant functional defect, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The instrument must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
💰 Refunds: If an exchange is not possible, we may process a return and refund. The piano must show no additional damage, and a valid proof of purchase is required.
🚫 Exclusions (No exchange or return for):
Minor scratches or cosmetic imperfections consistent with the instrument's age.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or environmental neglect.
Normal wear and tear.

Política de Cambios y Devoluciones
En Pianoinside (by Arte de Pianos Cancún), nuestra prioridad es que usted esté completamente satisfecho con su adquisición. Si su instrumento presenta algún defecto de fábrica o un problema preexistente que no haya sido causado por un uso inadecuado, ofrecemos las siguientes condiciones:
6. Cambios
Si el piano presenta un defecto funcional significativo, puede solicitar un cambio dentro de los 7 días naturales posteriores a la entrega. El instrumento debe encontrarse en el mismo estado físico y mecánico en que fue entregado.
7. Devoluciones y Reembolsos
En caso de que no sea posible realizar un cambio por un modelo similar, podremos procesar una devolución con el correspondiente reembolso. Para ello, el piano no debe presentar daños adicionales y se requiere presentar el comprobante de compra original.
8. Exclusiones (No aplican cambios ni devoluciones por):
Rayones menores o detalles estéticos consistentes con la antigüedad del instrumento.
Daños causados por mal uso, accidentes o negligencia en el cuidado.
Desgaste natural por el uso cotidiano.
Condiciones Ambientales: No se cubren daños causados por condiciones ambientales extremas o por la falta de un control de humedad adecuado (45%-55% HR) en el domicilio del cliente.
9. Gastos de Envío y Maniobras
En caso de un cambio o devolución autorizada, podrán aplicarse cargos por gastos de envío y maniobras, a menos que el defecto sea confirmado legalmente como un error de fábrica.
